Website Service Terms

Medalist is a brand of H2N Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Medalist”, “we”). By paying, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Setup, $1,000, one time. A custom website for your business: design, copy written to sell, your photos edited and placed, service and city pages, live on your domain in days. The setup is paid in full when you sign up. You see and approve the site before it goes live.

Then one monthly plan, billed to the card on file every month on the same date. The plan has two prices: the lower one on a 12-month plan, the higher one month to month. The first monthly payment is charged when you sign up, together with the setup.

  • Website plan, $297 a month on a 12-month plan or $397 month to month. The website, hosting, domain and security, up to 30 minutes of site changes a month, one new article a week on your site, a monthly email report (visits, calls and quote requests from your site), and direct support by text.

Site changes. Up to 30 minutes of site changes a month: send everything in one message (photos, prices, services, text) and we do it all at once. Unused time does not roll over. Changes beyond 30 minutes in a month cost a fixed $75 per additional half hour, billed in half-hour blocks to the card on file. New pages are quoted separately and agreed before we start.

Google Business Profile management is not part of the plan.It is an optional add-on: $497 to set up, one time, and then $897 a month, month to month. It covers the profile’s setup and optimization (categories, services, attributes and photos), weekly posts, a reply to every review, monitoring of questions, consistent listings of your business on relevant directories, a watch on competitors’ profiles, and a line in your monthly report. You stay the owner of your profile and add Medalist as a manager. By ordering the add-on you approve Medalist to post review replies in your name, drafted with AI assistance; replies to reviews of 3 stars or less are sent to you for approval first. We never offer incentives for reviews, and Google decides what it publishes, filters or suspends.

Prices are in US dollars and do not change while your plan is active, unless we give you 30 days’ written notice.

2. Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Your plan renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by text, email or through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
  • Month to month. No minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • 12-month plan. You pay the lower monthly price. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you pay the difference between the month-to-month price and the 12-month price of your plan for the months already used, and nothing else. Example: the difference is $100 a month ($397 less $297), so cancelling after 4 months costs $400. After the 12 months the plan continues month to month at the same price, with no new commitment.
  • When the plan ends, the website and the domain are yours. We hand over a copy of the site files and the domain within 15 days of your request. What stops is the service: hosting, the monthly site changes and the weekly article. The site stays online for 30 days after cancellation so you can move it.
  • If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. After 14 days unpaid, the site and services may be paused until the balance is settled.

3. Refunds

The setup fee is non-refundable once work has started (usually the same day you make the first payment). Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.

4. What we do not promise

We build and maintain the site and do the work listed above. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, AI citations, or revenue. Google and AI assistants change their rules; we adapt in good faith, but we do not control them.

5. Your content and permissions

  • You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, text and review you give us, and you allow us to publish them on your site.
  • Press photos, magazine portraits and stock images need the copyright owner’s permission; we will ask before using any.
  • We may write page copy and articles in your business’s voice. You own the finished site content.
  • You allow Medalist to name your business and show your site as an example of our work. Tell us in writing if you prefer we do not.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of hosting, domain registrars, telecom carriers, Google or AI platforms.

7. General

These terms, your checkout receipt and our email or text confirmations are the whole agreement. Florida law applies; we will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith conversation. Contact: support@medalisthq.com.
