Website Service Terms

Medalist is a brand of H2N Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Medalist”, “we”). By paying, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Website Build, $1,500, one time. A custom website for your business: design, copy written to sell, your photos edited and placed, service and city pages, Google Business Profile organized, live on your domain in days. At checkout it is charged as the setup fee of the monthly plan you choose.

Then one of two monthly plans, billed to the card on file every month on the same date:

  • Website Care, $197 a month. Your Google Business Profile kept current (posts, photos, hours, answers), two new blog articles a week about your trade and city, ongoing SEO, AEO and GEO, hosting, domain, text and photo changes, a monthly email report (calls and quote requests from your site, your Google profile views and calls, and what we published), and direct support by text.
  • Website Care + AI, $297 a month. Everything in Website Care, plus missed calls answered by text in seconds and an AI chat on your site answering visitors 24/7.

The first monthly payment is charged at checkout together with the build fee. Prices are in US dollars and do not change while your plan is active, unless we give you 30 days’ written notice.

2. Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Your plan renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by text, email or through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. No cancellation fees, no minimum term.
  • When the plan ends, the website and the domain are yours. We hand over a copy of the site files and the domain within 15 days of your request. What stops is the service: hosting, articles, SEO work, AI chat, text-back and Google Business management. The site stays online for 30 days after cancellation so you can move it.
  • If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. After 14 days unpaid, the site and services may be paused until the balance is settled.

3. Refunds

The build fee is non-refundable once work has started (usually the same day you pay). Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.

4. What we do not promise

We build and maintain the site and do the work listed above. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, AI citations, or revenue. Google, AI assistants and phone carriers change their rules; we adapt in good faith, but we do not control them.

5. Your content and permissions

  • You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, text and review you give us, and you allow us to publish them on your site.
  • Press photos, magazine portraits and stock images need the copyright owner’s permission; we will ask before using any.
  • We may write articles and page copy in your business’s voice. You own the finished site content.
  • You allow Medalist to name your business and show your site as an example of our work. Tell us in writing if you prefer we do not.

6. Messaging and AI features (Care + AI plan)

Missed-call text-back and AI chat send messages only to people who contacted your business. You are responsible for using these features lawfully and for reviewing what the AI tells your customers; it can make mistakes and does not give legal, medical or pricing commitments on your behalf unless you configure it to.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of hosting, domain registrars, telecom carriers, Google or AI platforms.

8. General

These terms, your checkout receipt and our email or text confirmations are the whole agreement. Florida law applies; we will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith conversation. Contact: support@medalisthq.com.
